Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking please do so directly with us 48 hours before arrival. If you have not cancelled in advance or in the case of a no-show you will be charged for the first nights accommodation. Please note deposit and booking fee (where charged) are non-refundable.

If you booked a prepaid offers the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.
